Its history

Before the pandemic, Sophie was totally fulfilled in her job as a face-to-face trainer and was evolving in an environment she mastered.
Like many trainers, she suddenly left her comfort zone to take the plunge into the virtual classroom.

How to maintain the exchange with learners?
How to find the pleasure of training while adapting to this new modality?

She lacked the keys to get through this stage and she saw the job she loved slowly disappearing.
