Virtual Classroom
Learner Experience
This step is often overlooked. Yet it is essential to the experience of your participants. It is about training your learners to participate in a virtual classroom.

Yep, what we've learned and implemented since 2016 at MY VIRTUAL CLASSROOM is to train our learners before we even start a virtual classroom session. Think this is a waste of time?

Avez-vous vécu une (ou plusieurs) de ces situations ?

  • Your participant is unable to connect: you must find a solution and make the rest of the group wait to help him/her. You are behind schedule even though the session has not yet started...
  • You organize activities: they require a show of hands or a survey, but some participants are lost. As a result, you lose interactivity and your participants may drop out of the course.
  • It's the beginning of your virtual class and each participant is invited to turn on his camera: but one participant refuses to do so. (he had planned to stay in pilou pilou)
  • A participant is in an open space, without a headset and has not deactivated his microphone: the ambient noise disturbs the whole group.

How can you avoid these situations? By training them beforehand!

Garantissez la sécurité technique de vos apprenants :

  1. Do they have the right platform?
  2. Do they know what features are essential for your session?
  3. Do they have the right equipment?
  4. Do they have the fiber or are they lost in the countryside?

Prevention is better than cure! Thus, you put all the chances on your side so that they join you with serenity on the D-day and that they have all the keys in hand to interact during your session.

Cette 1ère étape vous permet aussi de :

  • Get to know your learners: their difficulties, their fears, their expectations and adapt your training to their feedback.
  • Make sure your learners are listening, active and engaged.
  • Provide a memorable training experience to your learners from the start, which decreases the dropout rate.

It is for all these reasons that this first step is ESSENTIAL.

Let’s make it real! 😉
